How to Create a Basic Account
All UNDB services require users to have a Basic Account. Your UNDB account grants you access to the basic features of the site, your subscription plans and the option to publish your procurement notices and contract awards.
How to Subscribe with UNDB
The UNDB platform has two types of subscription services. The full subscription, priced at $590 USD, gives you an individual subscription license. The corporate subscription, priced at $2,400 USD gives you five individual subscription accounts.
How to Publish with UNDB
Users who wish to publish procurement notices and contract awards with us have the option of applying for an external editor role. The external editor role allows you to create and submit notices through our website. All submitted notices will be reviewed, edited (if necessary), and published within 3 business days.
First Time Log In for Current Subscribers
The UNDB platform will require all current subscribers to update their account information and create a more secure password when they log in for the first time.
How to Create Saved Searches and E-Mail Alerts
Create multiple saved searches to directly access the projects and tenders that are relevant to you. Set up e-mail alerts to receive notifications when new notices from your saved searches have been published.
How to Generate Invoices and Receipts
The UNDB platform allows users to generate receipts and invoices of your orders in real-time. Invoices can be generated and printed during the checkout process.
How to Manage Corporate Accounts
The Corporate Subscription to the UNDB Platform gives you five individual full subscription accounts priced at $2,400 USD. All five individual accounts are under one company profile, which allows managers to monitor the various accounts through our Corporate Account Management System.
